The course
Raymond Floyd's first design runs along the Intracoastal Waterway with 27 holes, plenty of water, and bentgrass greens.
Opened in 1994, Arrowhead was voted South Carolina's Best Course in 1998 by the S.C. Greenskeepers Association. The property is heavily treed, with waste bunkers and greenside traps positioned throughout and water in play on many holes along the waterway.
With 27 holes, each nine is unique, featuring uncommon elevation changes and hardwood wetlands that give every combination its own character.

Which made it fun and challenging. The staff are nice very accommodating. They even let 3 of our group play a 9 hole replay at no extra charge. It goes without saying the free range balls are a plus. ★★★★★From the time you pull up to the bag till the last hole Arrowhead County Club is a delight. Staff is wonderful, Jeff at bag drop is on point. Nice range and putting green. The course is well maintained including the the sand. Beer is reasonably priced and cart service on a Tuesday morning.

(Many others besides our group) There were 12 of us & we knew who we were paired with & could have loaded ourselves with less confusion if the assistants would’ve let us.
