The Pine Hills course at Myrtlewood will challenge your short game with its smaller greens. It is a shotmakers course with sharp doglegs, numerous sand bunkers, and multi-tiered greens. Plain and simple, it is tight and tough. If you are not on your game, the strokes will add up fast.

The overall course and layout was good. It is a challenging course. I know last month is the typical green aeriation timeframe for many golf courses. We were told that the greens were still healing and a little bumpy and that if we weren’t satisfied after two holes, we could get a rain check. The greens were very bumpy, but had huge bare spots on 90% of them. The greens were in really bad condition which cost extra putts. Without knowing the next time i would be back in the Myrtle Beach area. I preferred to play the golf then take the rain check but the greens were disappointing.
